Dinner attempting to make it Danish style
Well we are living in Denmark quite a long time now so we have to learn to eat like Danes, don’t we? In an attempt to make our food Danish style, my boyfriend prepared this dinner: potatoes, vegetables decorating the bottom of the plate, salmon and lemon slices. The feta and the olives are just to remind us where we come from 😀
Bottomline: if you want to make a Danish dish, add potatoes and vegetables and you are certainly getting closer 🙂
P.S. I am still looking for traditional Danish recipes…apparently it’s hard for people to suggest one. So, if you are reading this and you know any, please let me know.
