
The ultimate breakfast for a healthy Sunday morning
Regardless of how many things you have to do, you gotta treat yourself right one morning per week..at least. This huge full morning breakfast was a great surprise by my boyfriend, but immediately I thought ‘why don’t we do this more often?’
As you can see there are numerous things but yet it’s so easy and quick to make it. All you need is:
- fruits: strawberries, banana, nectarines or any other fruit of your choice
- strawberry or raspberry jam (or any jam)
- honey
- cake
- crispy bread slices or bread slices (to apply jam or honey on top)
- cinnamon toast (apply on a slice of bread just a bit of butter, sprinkle some cinnamon and preferably some brown sugar. put them in the oven on the grill (high position), for some minutes in medium temperature)
- yoghurt (always Greek, but the original one: avoid imitations and prefer imported Greek yoghurt. The one sold abroad is unfortunately only the creamy one but still it’s ok.)
- musli or cereals of your choice
- milk and juice (or tea)
Start your day with this and you won’t regret it!
