Weekend’s highlight is definitely when I go for breakfast-brunch (yes as I grow older, I re-prioritize what gives me joy). 🙂
We chose Paludan Bogcafe this week, the bookshop that is popular among Copenhagen’s students (previously wrote about it here). This is what you can see on the table:
- The normal brunch: yoghurt with musli, danish rugbrød, cheese, serrano, butter, jam and fruits.
- The vegetarian brunch: yoghurt, fruits, pancakes, jam, olives and omelette.
- A platter with extra dark bread and butter.
- Juice and cappuccino.
Of course, you can make this at home as well for your loves ones. You don’t need the exact ingredients, just use the idea 🙂
